Hi Gary, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the lovely job that you made of mum's oven today - it looks like new and she is delighted (not a feat to be achieved lightly). Everyone is always so quick to complain these days, so I just wanted to make a point of saying - thank you for a job well done.

I must say, I've had this done loads of times but Jon did an excellent job! No-one had previously undone the element from the top and it took Jon another half hour to get that bad boy cleaned. Ace job, top man. Highly recommended

Just to thank you for the wonderful work you did on both my oven and the hob ... ten years of grime and muck have magically disappeared and I'm left with a thing of sparkling beauty. I say magically, but of course you had to put in more time than usual due to the shameful state of the oven.
