This is just a short note to say thank you for restoring my oven to its former glory... a feat I wouldn't have thought possible.
I'm not really the sort of person who 'tidies up before the cleaner comes' so you had to deal with the full embarassing state of a very dirty oven. When I left you to go to work I didn't think you would have been able to make the difference you did.
After the oven clean, not only was the inside sparkling, so were the trays, grills and hob. It was like having a new oven and that was a real achievement on your part.
You left my kitchen neat and tidy too and, in fact, you went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was spotlessly clean.
I will certainly be using your oven cleaning service again and I won't leave it so late this time. I'll be recommending you to friends and family, too; as long as I can do it tactfully!
